Aftermarket parts warranty & return

  • All aftermarket parts sold by A.B.C. Groff Inc are covered by aftermarket part manufacturer’s warranty. see warranty policy PER manufacturers below. If a part fails during the manufacturer’s warranty period, you may return it to us for a replacement.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Depreciation or damage caused by normal wear, lack of reasonable and proper maintenance.
    • Failure to follow operating instructions and or recommendations.
    • Misuse, lack of proper protection during storage, vandalism, collision, or accident.
    • Components that have been disassembled or dismantled.
    • Installation costs, any service calls, or other labor charges.
    • Transportation and/or freight costs associated with returning the product.
  •  Please be advised that A.B.C. Groff Inc., New Holland Parts Solution, John Deere Parts Solutions and Sparex Inc. do not cover or provide shipping/freight charges for warranty items, and all warranty items must be returned to A.B.C. Groff Inc. and back to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you are returning parts to us for warranty replacement, you must include your credit card information in the return package in order to cover the return shipping charges back to you.
  • In order for us to file warranty on your part(s), we will need the following information:
    • Model number.
    • Full Product Identification Number of the unit (Serial Number).
    • Hour meter reading, acres, bales or loads at time of part failure.
    • Estimated amount of use.
    • A brief description of failure. Example “weld broke”, “bearing failed”, “etc.”

A. Parts Warranty term begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser

B. A.B.C. Groff will replace a new part that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship during the applicable period of warranty. Return the defective part, together with the original sales ticket showing the date of purchase.

C. A.B.C. GROFF INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: (1) Costs of labor associated with part removal or installation performed by customer or service providers; and (2) Costs of parts and labor associated with the repair or replacement of parts resulting from the use of OEM approved parts and/or parts that do not meet OEM specifications.

D. Where permitted by law, neither A.B.C. Groff nor any company affiliated with it makes any express or implied warranties, representations, conditions or promises, other than those set forth herein, as to the quality, performance or freedom from defect of A.B.C. Groff parts, and NO STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS IS MADE.

E. THE DEALER HAS NO AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR PROMISE OR ADMISSION ON BEHALF OF A.B.C. GROFF OR TO
MODIFY THE TERMS OR LIMITATION OF THIS WARRANTY IN ANY WAY. THE DEALER IS NOT AN AGENT OF A.B.C. GROFF.

F. The only remedies the customer has in connection with the breach or performance of any warranty on A.B.C. Groff parts are those set forth in these warranty conditions or specified by statute, regulation and not capable of exclusion by Condition C above. In no event will Dealer, A.B.C. Groff, or any company affiliated with A.B.C. Groff be liable for incidental or consequential damages or injuries, including but not limited to loss of crops, loss of profits, rental of substitute equipment or other commercial loss.

New Holland Parts Solutions Aftermarket Parts Warranty

New Holland Parts Solutions warranties most items distributed by them to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. New Holland Parts Solutions reserves the right to inspect any item prior to granting warranty. We pledge our support in obtaining settlement of reasonable and justifiable claims. NEW HOLLAND PARTS SOLUTIONS WILL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF TIME, LABOR OR CROP FOR ANY WARRANTED PARTS. Warranty does not extend beyond the point of installation. It is the installing mechanics responsibility to check components before and during installation. When a 3rd party is involved in installation of New Holland Parts Solutions parts, only the product is warranted.

John Deere Parts Solutions Aftermarket Parts Warranty

General Warranty

John Deere Parts Solutions warranties most items distributed by them to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. John Deere Parts Solutions reserves the right to inspect any item prior to granting warranty. We pledge our support in obtaining settlement of reasonable and justifiable claims. John Deere Parts Solutions will not assume any responsibility for loss of time, labor or crop for any warranted parts. Warranty does not extend beyond the point of installation. It is the installing mechanics responsibility to check components before and during installation. When a 3rd party is involved in installation of John Deere Parts Solutions parts, only the product is warranted.

Sparex Parts Aftermarket Parts Warranty

General Warranty

General Warranty. Sparex Inc. warranties most items distributed by them to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Sparex Inc reserves the right to inspect any item prior to granting warranty. We pledge our support in obtaining settlement of reasonable and justifiable claims. Sparex Inc. will not assume any responsibility for loss of time, labor or crop for any warranted parts. Warranty does not extend beyond the point of installation. It is the installing mechanics responsibility to check components before and during installation. When a 3rd party is involved in installation of Sparex parts, only the product is warranted

Items not covered by Sparex Inc standard one-year warranty:

Electrical (Starters, Alternators & Coils) – Electrical warranty is 90 days from date of installation. Electrical parts are warranted only against manufacturers defect.

Seats – Sparex Inc offers only a limited warranty on our “economy” seat range.

Spindles & Front Supports – These parts are NOT covered by warranty when installed on tractors with loaders.

Hydraulic Pumps – Returned Hydraulic Pumps will be checked by our technical department. Any pump found with contamination inside will not be warranted. Any pump found with a blown seal due to incorrect installation or rotation in the wrong direction will not be warranted. Any pump found to have been taken apart will not be warranted unless done so with prior authorization.

Pistons, Rings or Liners – ordered without the overhaul kit are not warranted since we cannot be assured of the quality of your other components

Paint – Sparex Inc. does not control the application of its products nor the condition of the surfaces to which they are applied. Sparex Inc. offers the following limited warranty – we guarantee your satisfaction with the performance of this product when applied on a properly prepared surface according to the label directions. Specialty colors are not returnable.
